Hi! I'm Emalia Mae Art. A studio and fine artist.

Emalia Mae received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art at Marist University. Throughout her time at Marist, she has picked up a focus on printmaking and painting, both acrylic and oil, but is well-versed in all mediums. She completed the NYAA Summer Residency Program in 2023, where she focused on her technical skills in painting, printmaking, and drawing from a live model. She was also selected to attend the Venice Biennale Program in the summer of 2022 to create a body of work amongst other young artists. She was awarded the independent studio space in the Ed and Pamela Smith Studios for three consecutive years and has been heavily involved within the Hudson Valley community. She has worked in the Steel Plant Art Galleries for four years, as well as participated in the Hudson Valley Mural Project.

She is a passionate and driven artist looking to not only build her skills but also share and express her conceptual ideas through her work. She continues to study Art History and expand her knowledge and technique in the studio. She explores the intricacies of the human form and where they can occur organically and inorganically.
